Alot of young pastors can learn a great deal from this article.
Loved this article!!!
I have a pastor that i always correct most especially about how he said ngative words to his members, i tried all i could do to correct him ,but he refuse to listen to me nd remain obstinate
Great
Powerful and insightful revelation! Thanx for hearing the Lord and sharing.
I have been blessed and enriched thank you.
I have a different view about young ministers. Not all of them have the above listed mistakes. My experience will not be your experience. I believe the Spirit of God is one yet leads in different paths of callings (that is why we have different ministries & churches) Older Pastors tent not to believe in younger pastors because they fill insecure. The story of David and Goliath. David was a boy not even a young man yet God used him to set free Israel from Goliath. Some pastors have grown in age and life experience but not in relationship and fellowship with God hence their life experiences has limited their faith in God using a young pastor tremendously. Sometimes older pastors always want to look at what mistake young ministers will do instead of guiding them, correcting them in love not to crush them making them fill small and not adequate. The greatest men in the bible made mistakes also yet God still call them “man after my own heart ” , “Father of faith” everyone has a their own path and I strongly believe that God can raise a young pastor to become blameless before Him and man without the approval of an earthly man. No man knows it all “My experience will not be your experience. God Bless. Amen.
